Product Introduction

A bag filter is a piece of equipment that utilises multiple filter bags housed within the filter unit to filter materials. It features an innovative design, compact size, simple and flexible operation, energy efficiency, high performance, sealed operation and wide applicability.

Product Structure:

The bag filter is a pressure-driven filtration unit, primarily comprising a filter housing, filter cover, quick-opening mechanism and stainless steel filter bag reinforcement mesh.

  • Bag-Filter-5
  • Bag-Filter-6
  • Bag-Filter-7

Working Principle

Inside the bag filter, the filter bags are supported by a metal inner mesh. The filtrate enters through the inlet pipe on the side of the filter housing. After passing through the filter bags of the required precision grade, the liquid flows out, yielding qualified filtrate, whilst impurity particles are retained by the filter bags.

Features and Advantages

1. Compared to plate-and-frame precision filters and cartridge filters, bag filters offer lower costs and a longer service life whilst achieving the same filtration results.

2. They feature a large filtration area, low filtration resistance and high efficiency. The equipment is compact and takes up minimal floor space; a single liquid filter bag provides 5–10 times the filtration capacity of a filter cartridge, significantly reducing costs. The designed flow rate can meet requirements ranging from 1 to 500 m³/h;

3. Filter bags are quick and easy to replace, and can be reused after cleaning, saving costs;

4. High filtration precision, suitable for fine particles or suspended solids, with a filtration range of 0.5–200 microns;

5. The risk of side leakage from the filter bags is minimal, effectively ensuring filtration quality;

6. Capable of withstanding higher operating pressures, with low pressure drop, low running costs and significant energy-saving benefits;

7. Wide range of applications, flexible usage and diverse installation methods.

8. Complete range of specifications, including single-bag and multi-bag units. Single-bag filters are available in sizes 4, 1 and 2, to meet different flow rate requirements.

9. Materials include 304 and 316L stainless steel, and PP.
